Last night, on "Telephone's Diva" Show on Telefe, football idol Gabriel Batistuta showed his big family on Susana Gimenez Show. At around 9:22 pm, in the middle of the interview, the rating was about 28.3 percent (a total success). After a long time, the footballer shared a family talk with Susana.

Thiago, Lucas, Joaquin, and the youngest, Shamel are Gabriel's children with Irina, his wife.

- Four boys!- said an amazed Susana
- Yeah, we tried for a girl...
- Is the factory closed now?
- Yes
- Are you shy?
- Yeah, but I tend to be open around people.
- Where did you meet? Mm.. I had already investigated that.. When was it?
- I had to help a friend and that's why I invited him to my 15th birthday party.
- Are you working at the countryside?
- Yes, that's my business now.
- Do you miss football?
- No. I spent 20 years in football and gave it all I had.
- How long have you been together?
- We have been married for 18 years now, but we have always met. - Did you live in Australia when you retired? - I loved Australia from the first moment, and thought it was a nice place to live in.

The former player also spoke about his ankle problems and his resigned to a sport that needs to use that part of the body. "That doesn't happen with Golf", he said, after talking about his 4 surgeries.

Changing the subject, Susana asked him about his modelling days in Italy, for a well-known clothing line.

- It was a stage. I've always been interested in football because it gives you the chance to travel to other countries", explained Bati…
- Did you always want to have a big family?
- I've always wanted a big family, the only one who doesn't is her (Irina) and Thiago.

At the end of the interview, Susana asked Irina, Gabriel's wife.

- What is you favourite quality about Gabriel? - I like everything about him. He has more advantages than disadvantages. He's a homebody, he keeps us all together. Keeps stability in the kids's life.

To finish the interview, Susana said "Well it was a pleasure to have you, we had been looking for you since a long time ago".

Después de mucho tiempo, el ex astro futbolístico compartió una charla en familia junto a Susana Giménez.

Sí, pero con la gente me desato.
-¿Dónde se conocieron?-
Yo la había investigado.
-¿Cuándo fue?-
Yo le tenía que hacer pata con una amiga y por eso lo invité a mi cumpleaños de 15.
-¿Estas dedicado al campo?-
Sí, ahora ando en eso.
-¿Extrañás el fútbol?-
No. Estuve 20 a años y di todo lo que tenia.
-¿Cuánto hace que están juntos?-
Hace 18 que estamos casados, pero nos conocemos de toda la vida.
-¿Viviste en Australia cuando terminaste con el fútbol?-
Me encantó cuando lo conocí y me gustó para ir a vivir.

El ex jugador, comentó sobre sus problemas en los tobillos y su consecuente abandono de cualquier deporte que implicara el uso de esa parte de su cuerpo. "Con el golf eso no pasa"- agregó, luego de relatar su paso por cuatro intervenciones quirúrgicas.

En otro orden de temas, Susana le preguntó sobre cuando modeló en Italia, para una reconocida marca de ropa.

-Fue una etapa. Siempre me interesó el fútbol por la posibilidad de viajar y conocer otros países- explicó el "bati".
-¿Siempre te gustó tener una familia numerosa?-
Yo quiero, la que no quiere más es ella (Irina) y Tiago- aclaró Batistuta
-¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de Bati?- le preguntó Susana a Irina, la esposa de Gabriel
Es muy casero; nos contiene a todos. Matiene estabilidad entre los chicos.
"Fue un sueño tenerlos; hacía muchísimos que los estábamos buscando"- dijo Susana al concluir con la entrevista.
